Role Overview
As a Regional Dealer Development Manager (EV 3W sector), the role focuses on expanding and strengthening the dealer network in assigned territories, ensuring sales growth, and maintaining strong dealer relations.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Network Expansion
- Identify and appoint new dealers in target markets (Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad).
- Ensure compliance with company standards for infrastructure, manpower, and service.
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive retail sales through effective dealer engagement.
- Monitor regional sales targets, dealer stock, and retail performance.
Dealer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary link between company and dealers.
- Resolve operational, service, and business issues.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, reviews, and performance evaluations.
Training & Development
- Support dealers in building capable sales and service teams.
- Organize product, process, and service training programs.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and dealer strategies.
- Provide insights to management for regional business strategy.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA with 5–10 years of experience in automobile/EV sector (preferably 3W).
- Proven expertise in dealer development, channel sales, and network expansion.
- Strong regional market knowledge (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.
